Scares you as in builds tension via soundtrack, quick cuts, camera angles, and those techniques or scares you as in ****s with your head?

[REC] if you don't mind reading Quarantine if you do. (It's a shot for shot remake.)

God Bless America: I loved this movie. It's an adult dark comedy with action and comedy. I wasn't expecting much before I watched it but after watching it I was blown away. The teenager girl in this movie did an amazing job acting. I highly recommend this movie to anyone who likes a Bonnie & Clyde type film...

Needed a good laugh last night so I watched Tommy Boy for the 1,737th time. Still makes me laugh to this day.

I don't watch many scary movies, but the first Paranormal Activity is easily my answer. The realism of it ****s with your head.

Yeah I've seen all of those movies. When I went to see the first one, I was led to believe that it was actually like a documentary kinda thing and that it was actually real footage.

Then after that, I went to go sleep over at a friend's house, and I drove separately and ended up being the only person at the house for like a solid half hour besides his sleeping parents, so the lights were all off and I just sat in the pitch black freaking the **** out lol.

The Entity which is an older film from 82 is really well done with atmosphere & tension. It was just re-released on dvd & blu-ray.

I watched Crazy, Stupid, Love and The Hangover Part II within the last couple of days. The only reason I watched the former is because the info guide on my cable had it as 4 stars. It was actually really good. Lots of funny stuff but the more serious type of stuff mixed in well. Steve Carell did a great job. I'd recommend it. The latter had plenty of parts that were funny, especially the ones with Zach G. once again, but I liked the first movie better.

Give me your top three movies that you have seen in the last one or two years... I am really wanting to find some good movies to watch on movie nights with my wife so we won't walk away feeling like we just wasted time together.
when I think back on my favorite movies over the past couple years, I gotta say my favorite was Super 8.
