The plot was awful, but I could hardly make it through "Contracted." It was more gross than "sadistic." Like a body-horror film.

I watched Get Hard and Jurassic World. Both fairly average films but worth a watch none the less. You know what you're getting with them. I enjoyed Jurassic World a lot for what it is.

For whatever reason, I'm always a sucker for disturbing films. This one was more graphically disturbing than it was mentally or emotionally, but I thought it was plenty disturbing still all the same though it isn't the most. Either way, that was the angle for which I went in to watch it, and I think I got my money's worth on that end. Took a while to build up to the best payoffs though, but that's what made them all worth it. It's a shame the acting was bad in the dialogue moments, but it seems as though they were cast for their acting in the torture moments because they sold me there.

I'll take any other recommendations for sadistic films, besides A Serbian Film. I've already seen recommended ones such as Audition, Funny Games, The Human Centipede, Threads, and Cannibal Holocaust. On that note, I remember seeing a teaser trailer for Green Inferno on my Chef Blu-ray, yet it's only now coming out in theaters (in September). What took it so long to release?
Oh man Audition is great. Takashi Miike's movies are disturbing, but I've seen most of them. Ichi the Killer is also another one.

I had free weekend with starz on direct tv and was able to watch a few movies.

I'm gonna get ya sucka - All time classic comedy. I laughed sooo hard through the the whole movie.

Meteorman - This one is a classic also. I always liked this movie for some reason lol.

Rookie of the Year - I laugh all the time when Henry goes up to bat and when he is on the bases and running the bases in that one game. And of course Heddo! .

Multiplicity - I just like this movie a ton. Michael Keaton is really good in this especially when he plays the slow version of his character, lol.

McFarland, USA. Not bad.... we've seen this plot before. Nice that it's based on a true story. Costner seemed a bit long in the tooth for this role, but he's aging well. Worth a look if you have nothing else to see.

Audition sucked in my opinion. I watch a lot of Asian films and imo that one wasn't good at all.

Did you guys check Martyrs? Kinda disturbing in the last half of it when it somewhat switches circumstances.

Saw Godzilla over the weekend. It was actually really good and engrossing and Id recommend it to anyone.

Godzilla's final attack on the MUTO was the baddest *** thing ever.

Frontiers the French movie? If u are talking about the same film I'm thinking then that movie is awesome! Really enjoyed it and highly recommended to those that likes these type of genre. It's better than Martyrs and Inside in my opinion.

It's the classic Judd Apatow formula. He always has a really solid 90-105 minutes with an unnecessary 30-45 minutes in the middle.
