The Hurt Locker-Good movie but didn't think it was great as everyone made it out to be. I did enjoy it but I HATED the main character. If he ever pulled the antics he did in real life he would be in deep ****. I just hated his cocky I'm better then the team and everyone else kinda attitude.

But it was a cool movie and I love war movies.

His character was based on people that one of the writers was around while he was in Iraq.

Heat- Starring De Niro and Pacino so I know it was going to be good and it was. Great movie made in 1995 and a bad guy and a good guy and how their lifes arent all that different. It was a little long though but well directed and great acting as expected.

Pandorum-7.2

Pretty interesting movie, liked it until the last 10 minutes. It did a better job as a thriller than a psychological movie. Worth a watch though

Book of Eli - I love watching Oldman being a creepy, evil bastard. Denzel was great. Mila Kunis, wish she had more screen time and her part at the end kind of felt a little contrived and corny, but I liked her parts. Overall I thought it was a good movie - obviously a little preachy, but whatever. The "twist" at the end was a nice touch.

Taking of Pelham 123 (the new one)

Meh. It was alright for what it is, wouldn't spend any money on it (borrowed it thankfully), and probably wouldn't even bother to rewatch it when it finds its way to TBS.

I liked the Matthau/Shaw version quite a bit better.

I wasn't too impressed with Taking of Pelham either...it's alright but nothing worth paying for iMO.

I watched Paranormal Activity last night...wow, what a great movie, probably the most scary movie i've seen since The Exorcist. I had nightmares last night from watching. Very disturbing movie IMO.

I just saw the Book of Eli and it was way better than I thought it was going to be. The only reason I was going to see it was because of Denzel but it's actually a really good movie and Oldman did a great job in it, I don't know if he was trying to sound like Jack Nicholson but that's who he reminded me of.

Seven (1995)-It was decent but nothing great. The ending was awesome though and had me on the edge of my seat waiting to see what was going to happen. Other then that was kinda disappointing.

Watched The Great Debaters last night. I think it was an excellent movie, of course, IMO Denzell Washington has never made a bad one yet. He is top notch.

Just watched Burn After Reading. I really enjoyed this movie...it wasn't great, but it wasn't that bad either. Clooeny, Pitt, and Malkovich were all very funny and intriguing characters. In typical Coen Brother's fashion, there was quite a bit of blood mixed in with humor. Good stuff.
