Roman Israel, Esq. I'm conficted on my feelings on it. Acting was on great but I didnt like the plot twist at all. The ending became predictable.

I only saw a commercial for it last night. It looks almost like a movie set in the '80s. Is that the case? I gotta say, from the commercial it looks like Denzel gives a real good performance.

Bad Mom’s Christmas - If you liked the original and want to see something even raunchier, see this film. My wife & I loved it, so funny.

Thor Ragnarok - This was great. Funny and entertaining the whole way through.

Daddy's Home 2 - Pretty damn funny. I loved the first one so thsi was just more of that. The added characters of Lithgow and Gibson really brought it together and added a whole other dynamic. Wahlberg and Ferrell were great as usual. They really work good together. Definitely a good 2 hour laugh out load time killer.

Inglorius Basterds for, I don't know, the 5th time. Definitely 1 of the 3 or 5 or however many movies I can take to my desert island. Opening scene and Jew Bear scene probably the 2 best in the movie.

Pitt should have reprised the role so to speak in the Netflix movie as he was stellar throughout.

Finally watched The Arrival.

Very slow burn but damn good. Made me think a lot. I will watch it a second time and probably catch more.

American Assassin. I wanted to like this more as I recall the trailer getting me pretty jazzed. In the end I wasn't that enthralled. I always talk about people being miscast and as much as I like Michael Keaton, playing the role of a hard *** wasn't for me. Wise ***...yes. Smart ***....definitely. But not a hard ***.

I LOVED the book.
I'm really excited to see the film.
In my head, Keaton's role would go to Stephen Lang from Avatar and Don't Breathe.
