Traitor w/Don Cheadle (Starz) - was very good
Horton Hears a Who (HBO) - very light & throwaway but enjoyable
Wolverine (theater) - meh; bad ending
Star Trek (theater) - great; saw it twice and almost a 3rd time
Transformers 2 (theater) - some funny parts but sucked; extremely juvenile
HBO's "The Wire" should rank as one of the top 10 shows EVER on tv - period

    XBL gamertag: d0meBreaker22 (that's a zero)

congrats Steelers, city of Pittsburgh, and Steeler Nation - SIX TIME WORLD CHAMPS

Dear Zachary - A very good documentary on the tragic tale of a family stricken by the loss of their son and grandson

Up For Grabs - Decent documentary on the Barry Bonds record breaking homerun ball and the turmoil it created for two people who claimed to have "caught" the ball

Overnight - Another documentary about Troy Duffy, the script writer for the Boondock Saints. His story is f'n crazy...pretty interesting watch.

Street Fight - Another great documentary filming the race for mayor in Newark, N. J. This really showed the cutthroat side of politics and I would recommend this to anyone who likes documentaries or politics.

Up (3D) - Absolutely amazing. I cannot say enough about this film.

All of these documentaries are on Netflix instant-stream.

Quantum of Solace - thought it was really good, though probably doesn't work if people consider it as a stand-alone and not as a sequel to Casino Royale. Not as good as CR, but I like how Bond is being developed and it was nice to see a little bit more action compared to CR. Plus, that opera scene was pure 007 - ****in' loved it.

Saw The Big Lebowski last night, thought it was hilarious. I'm always up for some dumb humor movies though.

Mystic River- Just finished viewing it; an awesome movie. Great actor and a good story. I'm a sucker for a thriller and this delivered.

Not sure what was meant by the parade at the end of the movie, i know it must have a meaning but i'm not too sure what it might mean.

Enter the Dragon. I've seen it before, but watched it on blu-ray for the first time. For being 40 years old, the picture looked good. There were some grainy parts, but for the most part the picture was vivid. I have to say, Bruce Lee was the man. Dude could kick some ***, but he was charismatic and his facial expressions are always on point. Watching him fight is like watching MJ dance - its just a natural extension of his movements, so quick and agile, so beautiful and deadly. I wish Bruce Lee would have teamed up with a better director since some of the action sequences go out of the frame, but just a minor complaint. I always hate seeing Jim Kelly go down like that to Han.

Sexdrive- It had its moments but was just alright.

Fired Up- I went in seeing this not expecting much but it was pretty dang funny, had a lot of one liners that kept the movie moving along

                    Coraline

I must say, for a child movie, it was sorta creepy. If i was an 7 year old kid i would be terrified after watching it. The animations and style used was pretty cool. The story was easy to comprehend and fun.

Ace Ventura Jr: Chuckled but thats all.... 5/10

Midnight Movie: Had potential but fell flat in the middle: 5/10

End of the Line: The beginning was creepy as hell, than it turned into a slasher flick and fell off. 7/10

                        Transformers 2: Eh.... 6/10

Public Enemies: Johnny Depp is Johnny Depp, but movie dragged on and it wasnt as interesting as History Channel shows on the 30s Crime Wave. The Hollywood changes ruined it for me and i thought they were unneccesary. 7/10

From Within in: Boring boring horror curse movie.... 3/10

What is the movie of the year?

Well, I think there are at least two movies deserving this title. These are Terminator 4 and Transformers 2. What do you think?

P.S. To moderators: sorry for possible writing to a wrong category but I didn't find any other category for general chat.
