Quentin always had Brad Pitt in mind when he wrote the script. There was nobody else he wanted.

Haha, why doesn't this shock me? Oh yeah, because I saw the previews.

Finished The Hurt Locker last night. Very unique aspect of dealing with the war. But, it seemed a bit thrown together. It was like 4 half hour episodes in a mini-series. But, not saying it wasn't totally a waste of time to view.

daf, /I saw it and liked it. the one thing that I found strange was the scene where the guys found the SAS unit in the desert and they knew how to use the sniper rifle. hmm, I dont know if exploxsive experts would know a lot about sniping.

I just got done with Watchmen (the director's cut) and I enjoyed it. Going in I had not read the graphic novel or had any prior knowledge about it at all so some of the stuff was surprising. The ending was pretty interesting. Malin Akerman was quite catching in the movie, too bad she doesn't look like that the rest of the time.

If you were a fan and still have it on you, I recommend you re-watch it in Maximum Movie Mode. It will give you a better grasp on how Snyder stayed very loyal to the source material and is a great feature that most studios should be taking advantage of with these kinds of Blu-ray disc capabilities.

Wednesday - Layer Cake: I think this movie is underrated or is overlooked because I really enjoy watching this. It has a similar feel/atmosphere to some of Guy Ritchie's films, so anybody who likes Snatch and Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels should enjoy this one as well. There's definitely enough oh snap moments.

Thursday - Bruce Campbell vs. The Army of Darkness: There's really not a whole lot that has to be said about this one other than its freakin classic - classic lines, awesome scenes, and Bruce Campbell; you can't go wrong.

Today, I watched Back to the Future parts 1 & 2. These movies are so timeless and fun to watch, despite the plot holes.

Ya, that's what I mean ER.... I mean it wasn't a bad movie at all, and if you like war themed movies, you won't find another like it for the most part. It was just fragmented (pun..... sliiiiightly intended).
