In the summer of either 85 or 86, I'm pretty sure I watched the Swayze/Sheen version every day. I'll stick to that one.

Very similar in that aspect. Pretty different everywhere else. I enjoyed this one more.

I was surprised that my gf told me she loves football movies even though she doesn't know anything about the game. So we did a mini marathon, Remember the Titans, Gridiron Gang and Rudy.

I always get inspired after watching Rudy lol. Got some work to do

Speaking of football movies. This one was very underrated and is probably one of my favorite football movies ever...."The Express" this movie really touched me. It's a bio-pic based on the life of Ernie Davis. I give this movie two thumbs up..

I got around to seeing the TV movie where Brad Garrett portrayed the life of Jackie Gleason. I heard from many people that he really nailed the role. I didn't think so. I thought his impression needed some work. I also thought that the actress they got to portray Audrey Meadows was off as well (though not the biggest role, though was important). Leah Remini in the King of Queens episode where she fills the role as Alice was much better.

'After the Dark' on Netflix. Solid low budget movie that fell apart in the 3rd act. Worth a once through though.
