Toy Story 3 choked me up big time!

My son was a little guy when the first film came out. Watching 3 and seeing Andy having outgrown his toys and moving on was too close to what we were experiencing with our son at the same age and getting ready to embark on his life.

That was my dad in Toy Story 3. It was right before I left for college when it came out and he cried like a mad man.

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part I

Boy am I glad I didn't pay to see this in the theatres. Absolute money-grab by the studio to milk the franchise. Obviously it paid off for them but I see no reason why the book had to be broken up into 2 separate films.

Like the previous poster the last movie I watched was The Hunger Games Mocking Jay....man that movie was trash. Don't care too much for the book because im not a book person but this movie was super weak.

I didn't hate Mockingjay but man it is so bleak, haven't rewatched it since seeing it in the theaters, and I say that as someone who likes putting on the other two a couple times a month to listen to/watch while I work.

Can't get into the Hunger Games at all.

Went retro lately and watched Animal House and Raiders of the Lost Ark. Not a wasted scene in either movie.

Interstellar.

Would have been 100 times better had it not been so long. Feel like there was a lot of filler content that could have been removed.

Ending twist was awesome tho.

Watched The Babadook today. Eh. Would've been much better if the mother/son combo weren't two of the more annoying characters in a movie I've watched recently. All the kid did was make dumb faces and scream.

I don't know how long it is going to last, but right now John Wick is for rent on Amazon Instant Video for 99 cents. An absurd bargain if you have even the slightest interest in this kind of film.

I seen it awhile back and felt the same as you. I don't really like this movie much. I was fooled by the user reviews on IMDB once again.

I have been tempted to watch this movie, especially seeing Rotten Tomatoes ranked it the 5th best movie of 2014 with a 98% freshness.
