Just saw this and I thought it was wicked. I usually like all superhero movies so I was easily pleased. There was a lot more action compared to the first and there were a few easter eggs and funny parts as well.
Even though it was over 2 hours, it didn't seem that long and I wasn't bored during any parts of the movie. You gotta stay after the credits as well, pretty nice little scene.Comment

Saw it last night. Like reviews are saying it is entertaining but there is almost too much going on during the middle parts to say it is better than the first. Downey, as always is fabulous but Sam Rockwell almost steals the show. Great performance.
Definitely stay until after the credits for a massive Marvel nerd orgasm.Comment

I tend to stay away from reviews since I don't want to go into something with my opinion skewed a certain way. Usually, if I like something then read something bad about it I start not liking it as much for some weird reason.
I'm kinda iffy about recasting already established characters, but I thought Don Cheadle was great as Rhodes.
Also I did have one gripe,

I think they made a mistake by releasing the film next weekend.
They will lose out on that opening weekend payout, with many college students still being at school preparing for finals.Comment

Unlike like most people I didn't care for the first one that much, thought it was alright, but I thought the villain was a little weak and thought there would be a little more action. Looks like the action has been increased in the second one, but still not to impressed with Whiplash as the villian. I don't know, just doesn't seem that like compelling of a villian to me. Honestly, Iron Man could just blow him up anytime he wanted to with a couple of his missiles. Of course I am still going to see it, but I am not that overly excited to or anything.
