Seems pretty obvious after watching the teaser...

Movie is going down the path of NASA having hidden the fact that robotic aliens crashed their spaceship on the dark side of the moon.

Yes, The Dark Side of the Moon would make sense but not The Dark of the Moon. That's like saying "the cool of the pillow."

Any guesses on who that robot is? I'd guess Alpha Trion (or the movie equivalent)

I'm sure I'll like the darker tone, but I also really liked the goofy jokes that were tossed into the first two films. Good action, serious at times, funny at others... I've said it before, but I was a huge fan of the first two, so I'm excited for this one as well.

Interesting...I liked the second one the 2nd time I saw it - I just tried to ignore the annoying twins and it was much better.

I'm guessing Ken Jeong has a small part like Rainn Wilson had in 2.

Did anyone catch the Transformers: Prime miniseries on Hub last week? The series is coming back in February. I thought it was pretty good.

Yes, but I don't think anyone would ever use "Dark Side of the Moon" as a title for anything ever again. The only logical choice left if they wanted to go that route is "Dark of the Moon."

Haha well Transformers 3 would bode just fine for me as well.

No matter, I never commented on the trailer and the specs that IGN revealed. I'm very happy with the route that they are going. I don't mind a Sam storyline and some externals being involved, but said externals don't need to have their own storylines as well.

I'd love to see a fight in the rain. That would be killer!
