It's interesting, one of the movies (I think the first) opened on Independence Day and this third one will open on Canada Day

Maybe the cop(s) did it on purpose hoping they'd find a way to go retro and make BB a VW Bug like he's supposed to be damnit!

just saw the traffic advisory for during the shooting of this movie and it is horrible. Only for 4 days but a horrible 4 days.

A few good things from that article...

-Bay vows that in the third film, death is final and the Decepticons mean effin' business. And no dorky humor.

-The first thing that was immediately apparent from the footage was the tone of the movie, a far darker, hostile and scarier film than its critically savaged predecessor.

-He repeatedly said that this film is meant to set things right with the franchise, and judging from the sweet teaser trailer and the kick-*** (2D) footage we saw, it certainly seems like Transformers 3 is on that path.

And then the replacement for the Megan Fox bouncing cleavage shots..

Sam's new British girlfriend Carly (Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, whose *** Bay knows how to frame just right in every shot),

And then the bad...

-comic relief Ken Jeong.
