So only had the S7 Edge for an hour and a half now. So far, love it, love it a lot. The cameras on here is insanely good. The front facing camera is insanely good too, even in low light. The speed is insane. The ATT store was crowded still at 5pm when I drove up. Line was literally at the door. I was just glad they still have some left when they finally made it to my spot in line.

 Re: Official Android Discussion Thread

Pretty much this. It's not too bad. Not nearly as bad for me as their reputation seems to be. Not amazing or perfect either.I've got sprint. It really depends on where live and spend your time at if the coverage is good. Where I live and frequent most it's not a problem usually. My fiancé's parents house is a dead spot for some reason, and there are definitely places (mostly summer time lake and outdoor adventures) where I don't get a signal but my Verizon friends do. I've also had data issues in the past at big venues like sports or concerts where the nearest tower is getting crushed with connections.

I've had them for a long time and am grandfathered into an unlimited share plan. That's helping me stay with them but I have been debated switching carriers lately.

My portion of the bill is $35 and I have unlimited everything so I can't complain at all. New users won't be able to get it at that rate though, obviously.Comment

Oh man run away from Sprint. By far the absolute worst out of all 4 major carriers. I was with them for 3 years. Their internet speeds are a complete joke especially here in NYC.

I really enjoy the camera modes. The pro camera mode is awesome for night time pictures since you allow to filter out most of the white noise. The 360 camera mode is fun as hell. The slow motion camera mode is very fun.Comment

Thinking of switching from Verizon to AT&T to do a single line plan. I had T-Mobile for a month and wasn't thrilled - hoping for a better experience with AT&T.Comment

hey guys i work at sprint. I'm going to be brutally honest with you guys. i know sprint has gotten a bad rap because of the past but the network is much better now. I'm not just saying that cuz i work there. now if you want to compare sprint to tmobile, sprint is much better. now I'm comparing this to nyc. now if you going to compare sprint to verizon then I'm going to be honest yes verizon has the best network. so in my opinion its verizon and then sprint. if you want to switch over to sprint, we have the special offer where if you are porting from the major carrier you get 50% off the bill. let me know what you have to the op and i crunch the numbers for you.

 Re: Official Android Discussion Thread

i am in a dilemma. so i have a work phone and my personal phone. my personal phone is the iPhone 6s plus and my work phone is the new s7 edge. i haven't been an android person since the htc evo came out. since then i been team iPhone but I'm really enjoying this s7 edge. now should i get rid of the iPhone and get the s7 and just have two android phones. should i just keep my iPhone and s7 edge and show my customers the best of both worlds?Comment

No way!!! I have T-mobile now and live in NYC. Everyone I know hated sprint in NYC. Sprint is so bad in NYC that loading simple things like pictures on Instagram is a task. I left them a year ago and have nothing but praise for t-mobile. Everywhere I go I get very fast internet speeds. If you have any of the newer phones that support band 12 you'll be perfectly fine. I had nothing but nightmares with sprint. Hanging out with my friends and trying to show them YouTube video was an embarrassment. Once I left Sprint and tried T-mobile I never even imagined going back even if they cut my bill in half..

 Re: Official Android Discussion Thread

Att has the best international coverage
I think you can still use the phone and Internet with them also

Customer service isn't the best of the bunch.used to transfer you around the company when you called for tech support our billing ...but I'm sure they got passed that

Verizon had the most towers... works in rural areas more..and gets alot if phones and updates first. Good tech support too. Data packages overpriced and get are the most expensive

 t-mobile OK. Merged with att?
The worst of the big 4 but viable
Most corporations won't use them for full company service but still viable.

Sprint. Cheapest.jacked up the network when they tried to develop their own 4g called wimax at the same time Verizon was developing lte.... then scraped it to do lte 4g anyway

Also lost a bunch of accounts and laid people off. Customer service is OK. It's not as good as Verizons but you usually get the help you need. Sometimes you might have to take your phone to a store and leave it to get it fixed if it's complicatedComment

Enjoy. I love the phone and can't really think of anything I dislike. I am actually still on stock, haven't made any changes. Battery life has been phonenmal for me, much better than the Note 4 was. The phone is a little heavy. I picked up my Note 4 the other day and was really suprised of the weight difference.Comment
