Re: Official DROID Discussion Thread
That battery thing hasn't happened to me before...
Just downloaded Swype, I gotta say I think it's god awful. It's probably too early for me to give it a serious impression but it seems to me that it would take just as long to "swype" as it would to type.
I don't find the on screen keyboard to be that bad, nor the hard keyboard either though.“Nobody in the history of the game tried what I just tried. We’re talking about on the biggest stage, in New York, playing out of position and asked to hit fourth for the New York Yankees. I mean, that’s never been done.” - Sheffield on SheffieldComment

Re: Official DROID Discussion Thread
I might Jump ship to verizon because for the month of December to today which is 1-3-10 I might have a record of getting call fails with my iPhone 3gs. It's really bad now for some reason I don't get why the service has been getting worse. ( had AT&T all the generation iPhones )

Ok, the Nexus One coming to Verizon in spring will probably get my business. That's a sweet phone.Comment

I use androidforums.com quite a bit. They have a forum for android apps, games and one specific to each phone.Comment

Re: Official DROID Discussion Thread
I'm starting to think that Android, with the right hardware, could push out the iPhone a bit. The apps are lacking, but that just needs time for devs to push out more. A lot of iPhone users hate AT&T, but there's never been a quality enough smartphone from other companies until now (IMO).
I really can't wait for Google to update the media player for Android...it'd be nice to have something that could sync, or at least be more functional. That's the biggest discrepancy between Android and the iPhone.Nintendo Switch Friend Code: SW-7009-7102-8818Comment

Re: Official DROID Discussion Thread
You know, I got one of these phones and it is amazing... Amazing phone, good apps (that I've seen thus far), and good potential, I think. I'd love to create an app for this but I have no idea where to start... I guess I'll have to figure something out.Rose City 'Til I Die

Re: Official DROID Discussion Thread
I plan to do the same on Friday, I'm already with them, and my contract expired in December, so I might as well. They're the cheapest option around in my area, aside from Cricket and..yeah I'm not goin with Cricket.Comment

Yeah, for T-Mobile users this is a no brainer...last I read Sprint/Verizon won't get the Nexus One since they're on different types of networksNintendo Switch Friend Code: SW-7009-7102-8818Comment
