The Apple iPad

I have an iPad 2 (3G, WiFi) coming my way in the next day or so and was wondering what type of data plans everyone has signed up for? 1 GB, 3 GB, etc? (Verizon). I could always use my Droid X and tether to it, right? That wouldn't be ideal though probably.

Thanks. I'm looking forward to it finding out the ins and outs of this device.

I get my iPad2 tomorrow!! My wife and I start our "iPads in Education" type course tomorrow, and we get an iPad with it.

I ordered this case about a month ago, but the silver color I ordered is on backorder...

Thinking about buying an iPad, I really want it for nursing school...Think it would be worth it? I would just be getting the smallest iPad2. I'm already planning on buying an iPhone 5 when released...

should be plenty, there are great apps for medical and you can take quick notes, a 16gb ipad 2 should be plenty.

I sold my hp touchpad for $220 and put it towards a 16gb ipad 2. I'm ready for all them apps...

Yeah the amount of apps Apple has is mind blowing. It is a ton of them. You can literally spend days browsing them all.

The iPad 2 is one of the best purchases I've ever made. I don't need 64GB, but it was the only one available back when they were scarce, so I jumped.

Got the wife a 16gb a couple of months ago. We had a nasty storm here over the summer and in the chaos, I dropped the iPad2 and totally cracked the thing all to hell. Took it to Apple, figured I was screwed and would have to buy another one, but Apple gave us a new iPad2 for no charge. Great company.

Well I just returned my 2011 MacBook air for a 64gb black iPad 2. I loved the air, but what I was using it for I could just be using an iPad for, plus I get toplay some great games o the iPad and have some great sports apps. That's what I love about the apple store, I got to retun it even opened and pay no restocking fee or anything, just a swap and got $500 back on my card.

I now have my iMac and my iPad. Ver happy with just these two, most of my major work is done on the





iMac and this the is for fun and browsing, having the iPad handy for copying sliders is awesome, anyway I
happy with my choice to trade the air for the iPad 2.



One thing that bothered me was I didn't like the MacBook air"s battery, was charging way too much. The iPad I can use for a week without charging.

How many iPads have you had now? I thought you were all Android tablets.
