The idea thrown out there about Lumen turning herself in to protect Dexter sounds more realistic and Deb finding more info about Dexter being a killer is getting closer depending what Quin/Liddy uncovered from the photos/info.

Re: Dexter (Season 5)
Maybe it will be a gradual reveal to Deb, she finds out Dexter helped Lumen this season, then next season have another case come up where a guy gets off and Dexter takes him out, with Deb finding out and going with it that way.Comment

Re: Dexter (Season 5)
That's exactly how I thought it'll go too. I kinda hope not, one reason I like Dexter is it's not so formulaic and predictable like most regular TV. If they went this way it would be pretty predictable I think.Streaming PC & PS5 games, join me most nights after 6:00pm ET on TwitchTV https://www.twitch.tv/shaunh20

Re: Dexter (Season 5)
As much as I hate Quinn, I really hope that Dexter doesn't kill him thinking that he was involved behind Robocop Liddy abducting him. I think that Dexter did say to Robocop Liddy that he did realize from his cell phone conversation with Quinn, that Quinn wanted no part of this......but now it raises huge suspicion as to why did Quinn pay Robocop to spy on him?
With the blood dripping on Quinn's shoe, I have a feeling that he will get blamed for RoboCop's death....MLB: Cincinnati Reds

Re: Dexter (Season 5)
It's the easy way, no doubt. They have to have someone find out soon though, this whole "he's going to be caught, but narrowly escapes" thing is getting formulaic itself. Maybe they'll have Deb see Lumen, ask Dexter WTF and Dexter lay everything out and end the season with a shocked look on Deb's face, so you don't know what her reaction will be.Comment

BTW Michael C. Hall was just on Jimmy Fallon but I missed it. Didn't even know he was going to be on tonight. Hopefully a video of the interview gets put up sometime soon.
EDIT: Here's a clip from the Jimmy Fallon site. Good stuff.

Re: Dexter (Season 5)
wow, great episode this week building up to an amazing finale. One thing I didn't see mentioned is that Quinn now knows that Dexter is a killer. They may be setting it up for Quinn to take the fall (I hope not, he's actually grown on me), but if thats the case, he wont go down w/out revealing part of Dexters true nature to Deb.
If thats the way it goes down, and Quinn looks to be taking the fall, I see it going one of two ways. Either Dexter throws Quinn under the bus, Quinn turns on Dexter, and Dexter has to deny deny deny. Or Dexter actually tries to help Quinn out, in which case I could see Quinn actually siding with Dexter and keeping everything he knows a secret to protect Deb.Comment

Re: Dexter (Season 5)
I'm not sure Quinn knows Dexter is a killer. All he knows is that Dexter dumped garbage bags over a boat that Liddy insinuated could be bodies."It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. And that those who receive and act out the gift of athletic genius must, perforce, be blind and dumb about it -- and not because blindness and dumbness are the price of the gift, but because they are its essence." - David Foster Wallace

Re: Dexter (Season 5)
I think he means that Quinn knows Liddy had Dexter in the van and in the preview for next week, they show it being announced that Liddy was found dead.
I see Quinn most definitely being framed for it with the drop of blood getting on his boot. The idea about Dexter helping him is a very good thought though.Originally posted by billmaticRadman is more like the ******** homeless man's version of Okur.Comment

Yea, stuff like that is why I don't watch the previews.
We should be keeping that stuff in spoiler tags."It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied.
