Re: Dexter (Season 5)
Yeah, I noticed this when we first saw her on screen. She keeps doing this face reactions and you know she's hiding something. You know she is when her and Debra visit that man in the store and he's about to ask her about her family and it was like she was "caught" but then Debra interrupted him and she looked relief.Comment

I kinda get a strange vibe from Dexter's nanny. She seems almost too proper.[NYK|DAL|VT]

Re: Dexter (Season 5)
Great episode tonight. We finally know now what Boyd meant when he told Dexter "you don't know what you're getting into". Seems like there's this kind of woman trafficking operation going on and Dexter is going to get caught up. I believe Julia Stiles is perfect for this role and is gonna be interesting how Dexter handles her because seems like she is out for revenge and Dexter has to cover her tracks as well as his own.Comment

Re: Dexter (Season 5)
Ok, I can't be the only one that was completely frustrated with the scene where Deb finds the machete killer and she's the only damn cop in that room. That drove me up the wall considering there was how many cops in that building?
Other than that, the last episode was pretty good. Liked the third one as well. Looks like things are picking up slowly. Very curious about what Boyd was involved in. I knew that "Take it now" CD or whatever it was was more than just some random thing.
I do think there is more to her character, but I don't think it will be in a bad way where she's revealed to be some crazy killer nanny. Although that is pretty possible too, lol.Originally posted by bradtxmaleI like 6 inches. Its not too thin and not too thick. You get the support your body needs.

Second part - There's definitely more to the Nanny, and I agree that she won't be some crazed killer, but I think she is another means to unravel the mystery of Dexter's second life. Yet another person questioning what he is doing instead of being with his family, another set of eyes watching him and forcing him to evolve.Comment

Re: Dexter (Season 5)
Pierce was sold around. I'm curious to know if Boyd intended to sell her or kill her. I know it would seem that killing her would be his primary goal, but somehow the trafficking ring has to be involved, right? And Pierce said that it wasn't over. I don't think she expected Boyd to kill her or even feared that he would. If someone was hoping to buy her and suddenly they can't, I would think that someone would want what they bought or hoped to buy.
As for the Nanny, I agree with the man from Boston. I don't think she's going to be some evil character that threatens the life of Harrison. She's just another annoyance for Dexter. We already see that she doesn't trust him. What happens next time Dexter is unable to relieve her of her duties? Does she go to the police to say he isn't a suitable parent? Does that trigger Quinn to investigate even deeper? Does that help Debra see what she never wanted to see?"It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. Re: Dexter (Season 5)
I don't think that picture is a good one of her. There's a commercial she's in where she plays a bad and good version of herself. She looks good in that one and has a lot of make up on.
I don't find Julia to be incredibly attractive either way, but she likely doesn't look that horrible without makeup. The makeup artists are purposely making her look like trash on Dexter."It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. No talk about tonights episode?
Hmmmm
Anyway. I thought it was decent. Some of the stuff that happened was pretty obvious to be coming. The season does still look promising though.Charger Fan Born and Raised!

Re: Dexter (Season 5)
It was an alright episode, but next week looks to be very good by the previews.....unless we are duped again into those being in upcoming episodes. For me this season has been all over the place and would say right now it is my least favorite so far, but that could change later on.Comment
