My favorite line from the comic con trailer is Kevin Costner and Jonathan Kent showing a teenage Clark Kent the spaceship and he says "It's not of this world, and neither are you Clark." Wow my doubts of this movie have gone to complete excitement after seeing this. The anticipation is building. I can't wait for Thursday night to see the trailer before Batman, I'll probably even have my iPhone out to record it so I can watch it over and over. Hype level is at a 10+ now.

LOL I'm the web site, social media, and presentation technology minister at my church, I'm going with my cousin a youth pastor at at sister church and some of his students. They would never suspect a person of the church doing such a thing would they?

Bumping after see the trailer today with TDKR. Yes, we know that this universe will automatically be more fantasy oriented, give the nature of Superman's character and origins, but I was getting a Batman Begins vibe from the first part of the trailer, and that is a good thing to me.

Bumping after see the trailer today with TDKR. Yes, we know that this universe will automatically be more fantasy oriented, give the nature of Superman's character and origins, but I was getting a Batman Begins vibe from the first part of the trailer, and that is a good thing to me.

Yeah that's kind of what I've been saying, this was Batman Begins again just as Superman. I really wasn't that pleased with a lot of the early stuff I was seeing but after seeing the comic con footage and the trailer last night ( which I did record on my iPhone) I can't wait for this movie. It has the chance to be the best Superman film to date even topping Richard Donner and Chris Reeves' 1978 Superman The Movie. Anyone that knows me knows that, that is a high billing as IMO I rank it as the greatest Superhero movie of all time, and the one that inspired everything that followed.

It looked awesome to me, and this is coming from someone who hates Superman. The last shot of the trailer was incredible.

Same. I'm just still extremely skeptical of anything Snyder does, especially after the mess that was Sucker Punch.

The trailer got me plenty hyped. I loved the tone of the trailer, and the shot of him flying through the clouds was breathtaking.

This is easily my most anticipated upcoming movie. Now we just need an official trailer released on the web so I can stop watching these cell phone vids taken at screenings of TDKR.

I think some of the problem that some people may face is that a Superman movie doesn't naturally have the type of action such as the Batman series we just saw, but obviously who knows yet.

Because once Superman punches something they die. :wink:

I expect more picking up boats and airplanes and less ninja in this movie. Maybe the bad guys will have kryptonite laced weaponry to make it a damn challenge.

I dont like Superman...
