My order got cancelled as well, dammit. I was really hoping to give one to my mother for her birthday as it would have been inexpensive and really nice. Time to start searching again for a good gift.

Good deal if you can get one for sure. I am just gonna stick with my iPad.

maybe I end up buying an ipad if I like this tablet, since the webos app selection is pretty awful. Kind of sucks there's no Netflix and Hulu even blocked it for some reason. I see it as $100 to learn if I really find a tablet useful.

I can always pass it off to family or at least sell it for the $99 I put in.

Good plan. Since I got my iPad I rarely even turn my home computer on. I think you'll like tablet usage.

well the news just prior to the clearance was how retailers were sending them back to HP, so more could pop up, but it's got to be getting pretty slim for retail now.

At some point, paying $200 on craigslist/ebay isn't that bad of a premium if you really want it. So many forums have people putting in a ton of effort and getting kind of pissed off with overwhelmed 3rd party amazon sellers and wasting gas driving to multiple best buys.
