I have to give this one a chance, and if it scores and Damon comes back for the next one--WOW!!

It isn't going to be the same without Matt Damon.

        But I'll still see this.

At first, I was disappointed Matt Damon wouldn't be in the film. But Jeremy Renner is a damn good actor. Could be the next Damon/Cruise of the action genre. Edward Norton is one of my favorites, so seeing him in the movie is a plus. Looks like the film will due the Bourne franchise justice.

Wow, that looks great. I can't imagine a crazy chase scene in the middle of Manila, I hope they can top the other Bournes.

This looks great. Makes me feel the need to watch the first three movies. I've never seen them, aside from bits and pieces of the first.

I think Jeremy Renner could even be a good James Bond.

You're missing out. All three are damn entertaining movies.

Also - that was a much better trailer than the original one. The fact that it will directly connect with the original trilogy makes it much more intriguing for me. I'll definitely see this now, probably even in theaters.

                    Re: The Bourne Legacy

                    Coming out this Friday.

Ouch, though. Though only a handful of reviews, it's at a shallow 43% so far on RT:

I've avoided looking at most commercials and trailers for the most part, but I've "heard" them, and from what I can hear, it's just too over the top compared to the other Bourne films. Greengrass especially grounded his films, and he did it very well. I can't say the same for this film, but I will still definitely be seeing it.

I'm becoming disenchanted with this film before seeing it.

Unless they can get Damon to come back for some kind of spy vs spy **** I still don't get why they needed to connect this to the other movies.

Hopefully someday we can get some films that follow the books more closely.

I bought the Lock, Stock and 2 smoking barrels blu ray to get movie cash to see this on Friday. Looking forward to it after seeing the recent trailer.
