Just saw it tonight. Probably the best in the series since the first one. Oh, and that Ali Cobrin (Kara) is a cutie

My wife and I were discussing that too. If I have to pick the order of my favorites I'm going:

      1. American Pie
      2. American Reunion
      3. American Wedding
      4. American Pie 2

I agree with that order completely.

          Re: American Reunion

Liked the movie, but mainly because I knew the characters from the past three films. Otherwise, it wasn't that funny, it was only entertaining because of past references to these characters lives.

As for the list that's posted, I think I like American wedding more than this one, but it might just be because I don't remember it that well and so it's the thing where older is always better.

              Re: American Reunion

I went with my best female friend and we laughed our asses off. We are both in our early 30s and so was about half of the theater and our age group seemed to enjoy it more than the youngsters in the theater did. There was a decent amount of 18-21 year olds and they didn't really seem to get into it as much.

I'm pleased to hear that it is supposed to be good. The original trilogy is great (especially the original). I was afraid this was going to be a cash-grab, but it sounds like that isn't the case!

I also enjoyed some of the knockoffs, but they certainly weren't nearly as good as the original trilogy was.

Oh God, on the subject of the crowd...

When I went with two of my friends, a dude literally brought his entire family. Now I'm not the moral policy, but um...bringing your 11 year old son to watch American Reunion...yyyyyyyyyyeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhh

That's just dumb. If I couldn't find anyone to stay with the kids, I'd just go by myself. Probably the kind of guy that lets his kid play games rated "M".

Good to hear. I still need to get out and see this. I'm 33 and definitely remember the first 2 movies being a big deal to me and my friends.

Movie comes out on Blu-Ray/DVD this Tuesday. I've been waiting to pick it up since I first seen it.

Surprised at how quickly the turnaround was from the movie being in theaters to being released on Blu-Ray/DVD.
