Can someone explain the power that Robin Arryn has now? Trying to figure what Baelish is trying to do.

House Arryn is the "Great House" in the East. They are called the Wardens of the East. All the smaller house swear their allegiance to house Arryn, not the king. House Arryn swears their allegiance to the King.

Which is why when Robb called his banners they didn't question their duty to their Lord Paramount.

Those lesser houses are protected by house Arryn and most disputes are ruled in the name of the King by the Warden of the East (or North, South or West). They also pay taxes to the great house who inturn pays taxes to the Crown.

So with Lysa dead and Robin not of age. Bealish is in fact the Warden of the East and has at his disposal effectively 1/4 of the military might of the seven kingdoms and probably more with the Northern Army destroyed and the Lannister army weakened from the War of the Five Kings which they Eyrie stayed out of

It's actually 1/5 of the military I forgot about the River lands and the Tully House, which also suffered losses at the Red Wedding, and took up with Robb except for House Frey which is now the great house of the River Lands.
