Re: Batman Vs Superman - Dawn Of Justice
You are right TC9. I think people have their own opinion of how LL should be portrayed and that is clouding their opinion on the snippets we've seen of him-including myself. For me, I was a fan of the LL that was shown in the Superman - The Animated series and Smallville's Rosenbaum(sp?) model. I'm not liking what I've seen thus far. Don't think anyone is reviewing the final film based off these trailers but trailers are the basis for 1st impressions. You may meet someone, have a brief conversation with him and form a negative impression. Only after more time spent communicating with that person can your impressions change. We all have to see the film though to make a final decision...I hope I'm wrong..
We should not act like we at OS don't routinely pass judgments on games, etc based off trailers. If that were the case most of these threads would not exist.Last edited by NINJAK2; 05-10-2016, 04:04 PM.EA and 2k have the unfortunate task of trying to balance on a tightrope of fun and sim while trying not to fall 10,000 feet to their death. Instead of a safety net waiting down below there will just be angry customers quick to move out of the way and talk of their failure.Comment

Re: Batman Vs Superman - Dawn Of Justice
Some words from Henry Cavill about his Superman in BvS, from Empire Magazine:
"He's more used to this gig, doing his best to save as many lives as he can," explains Cavill after mentioning that the world isn't sure what to make of someone who could just as easily be tyrant as a saviour. "He is no longer frantic. He's no longer a wet behind the ears kind of superhero." What he is though, is keen to take down The Batman. Clark - now living with Lois Lane - doesn't agree with the Caped Crusader's approach to fighting crime, but rather than heading to Gotham City to take him down, he tries to fight their battle as a journalist...at least at first.
"He doesn't agree with his form of justice. For this farm boy, who tries to do things the right way, justice at any cost is not something he can come to terms with." Using The Daily Planet, he hopes to "show the world what this Batman dude is doing." Of course, we already know that they'll eventually end up meeting, fighting, and becoming friends, but it doesn't sound as if we should expect things to play out all that simply in Justice League. There, Cavill says his Superman is "the guy who can kick anyone's ***" but still "the nice one", something which points to a fun dynamic between him and his fellow heroes.Comment
