I wasn't even going to watch Grandfathered, thought from the previews it was going to be a quick cancel on FOX, ended up watching it and it was not funny.

Grinder was a lot better, but don't know if it can last.

Grandfathered didn't really seem so good, thought it would've been better than that.

Seems kinda sad they brought out the cameos for the very first ep, like they were pulling out all the stops before the show even started

Yeah, I really enjoyed The Grinder, and remember this was essentially a 22 minute setup episode. What's interesting is that only together are Lowe and Savage a great lawyer. Pulling this off is going to take some clever writing or it will get old quickly.

Not sure about Red Oaks on Amazon Instant. (All Season One episodes available Oct 9th)

Both were okay. No real laughs but at least somewhat interesting.

Does Dominic West (McNulty) slip into his English accent occasionally, like he did on The Wire?

How is this show? I wanted to check out but saw the start date and time too late so I missed the first episode.

I enjoyed it. It got solid ratings for the premiere. It appears to be a "Whodunnit?" type show so I assume this is planned on being a mini-series. There appears to be 13 episodes scheduled but time will tell if it goes the distance.

Oh really? The repeat was actually on yesterday. I enjoyed watching the pilot. The main lead is apparently a big star in Bollywood and I think this is her first American show/film. My mind was blown when I found out she performed the short lived 2013 Thursday Night Football theme.

Let's just say the show gets twisted in the second half of the episode.

Benders premiered on IFC Thursday. It's a sitcom based on some guys on an a amateur hockey team. It's done by Denis Leary.

It was ****ing hilarious to me. A cross of Always Sunny and The League.

Yeah, it was. I'll keep watching.

According to IMDb Steve Schirripa (Bobby Baccalieri, The Sopranos) is scheduled for three episodes as "Vito".

Is NBC not doing HULU shows anymore? The Player wasn't available and now I can't The Blacklist either
