I did luck up some. Walmart Plus is now offering the choice of Paramount Plus Essential or Peacock Premium, with the option to switch every 90 days. Off rip, Peacock Premium is the way better option. I had access to Paramount Plus Essential for the last 3 or so years and mainly used it for my daughter and a couple of movies/shows for me. The only worthwhile sports it offers is NFL. Eagles rarely play on CBS. Being able to have Peacock Premium apart of Wal-Mart means I don't have to pay extra and don't have to wait until Black Friday sales. So, I all have to do is pay for the NBC Philly package for Sixers. So in theory, I'm just paying $45(plus tax) a month for my sports, a lot better than $82+. I would switch now to Peacock Premium, since I don't use Paramount Plus like that. But, there's an Eagles game on CBS on 10/5. So, after that game, I'll switch to Peacock Premium.
I just wish Peacock Premium offered Cloud DVR like Fox One. DVR cloud recording isn't as vital for me for Eagles Fox games because it'll be rare that I will miss the games because my wife and I work opposite weekends and I have access to watch games at work. But, it's still a convenient feature to have, especially since I can rewind and catch up with highlights. But, DVR would be vital for Sixers games since most of the games start 7pm+. It says doesn't offer DVR. But, it does say "Peacock does not provide DVR for live sports or events. Live games are available on-demand later". I don't need DVR or my own personal copy of the games. I just want to be able to watch the games the next day on demand. If it allows that, I'm good. If not, I'm not sure because I'm likely to miss a lot of games
