I strongly disagree with all of those. Especially the first one. How anyone can call Wu Tang overrated is beyond me.

For creating a thread that wants people to give their opinions in which people would disagree, it seems almost too obvious that somebody would disagree with his opinion. Plus, if you continue to badger the poster for expressing his opinion, even if "most people" disagree with it or not, will cause this thread to shut down rather quickly.

Just my two cents, you can disagree if you choose to.

"Nu-Metal" never existed, but when you had bands like Limp, Korn, Kid Rock, etc...the media just ate it up and labeled them as the future of rock, but we all know how that turned out.

Yeah their were a few tracks off 36C that I liked as well, maybe I'm missing something and gotta play it again all the way through instead of skipping tracks.

Agreed. They took metal and made it ****ty. If "Nu-Metal" would have existed though, it would have started with Soundgarden, not Kid Rock and Limp Bizkit (lmao!).

I find it ironic how all the big-hair bands of the 80s are blasted for their sexual innuendoss and sexual overtones/themes, but classic rock bands are hailed for their hits, which often have the same topic; Brown Sugar/Stray Cat Blues anybody?

You add a good point. However, the statements made confuse me beyond belief, and I felt a need to understand the basis that the respective users were coming from.
