Wow... I ran through and closed all of the "main quest" Oblivion Gates, and now I find myself struggling to keep finding things to do. They were a major pain on my first play through, but now I wish I would have kept them open, and pro-longed the main storyline. Oh, and to beat it all, Jauffre was killed outside the main gate. Is there any way to revive him? lol

Re: Official Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Discussion
I'm thinking of starting another game soon, any recommendations? Should I close the gates first or don't worry about them? Last time I played through I got hooked into side and guild quests.

Re: Official Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Discussion
If you're playing again you should probably use the full game overhaul just to have something different. http://www.nehrim.de/indexEV.html
Also, I believe it has 100% hand crafted landscape instead of the mostly generated landscape of Oblivion.

Re: Official Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Discussion
Just read a Skyrim preview in PC Gamer so I have installed Oblivion on PC to run through it. I played it on my 360 when it was first released so I have never played it on PC with mods. Texture mods here I come.Comment
