Your teammates have a blue dot over their heads. Not sure how it works, but most of the time enemies have a red dot over them too. I did run into a few enemies with no dot though also. And there is radar.www.simgamingnetwork.com Come join our leagues!

How exactly do squads work? Are there a few squads on each team? Are they assigned to do something? I just need some clarification because I don't see the point of all this.Comment

Squads are like Halo 3's matchmaking system. You stay with them from game to game. That's it. You invite your friends, and are able to stay with them wherever you go.Comment

Re: Battlefield: Bad Company (Xbox 360 & PS3)
update to last night, after my 5 second game of battlefield which ended with the game freezing and 3 rings of death, I tried twice to start the xbox back up only for the 3 rings of death to come on. I waited an hour and it suddenly worked. I played for 2 more hours then shut it off. anyone else ever get a fals 3 rings? this is my 4th xbox so im no rookie to the 3 rings ive just never had an xbox work again after getting them.Comment

Re: Battlefield: Bad Company (Xbox 360 & PS3)
enemies do not appear on map as red dots until you or one of your teammates has seen/can see see them (you hear the voice over call out the enemies) OR if a sensor drone is released and an enemy walks into the radar area.
otherwise enemies will have no ID (no blue name or dot)Comment

are you sure it was RROD?
there are several different error codes based on the flashing lights identifiable HERE which mean different things than just death,
however... yours does sound like an overheating problem. I was having issues with mine (no red rings just random locks) and raised it off the table with some plastic so it got more air, removed any obstructions to be cooler and it definitely helped... eventually I just exchanged it under my walk in walk out Game Crazy warranty (upgraded to Falcon elite) and have been running cool as a cucumber ever since.
the new falcon chips (175w power supply) run much cooler.Last edited by Klocker; 06-25-2008, 04:25 PM.Comment

It isn't letting me join an online game either, just searches, says joining game, and then says unavailable or something like that this sucks.Comment

I think the online is down now, I can't connect to a game either, but no problem on other games.Comment

I wanted to ask the people that have the game if they think the online will have staying power? I've got a gift certificate to Best Buy that I'd like to use on this game but if everybody's going to drop it when NCAA and Madden come out later this summer then I don't want to be playing with an online community of 2,000 users.Lux y VeritasComment
