Re: Fable 2
My problem is that it's forced. I don't want something stealing my kills or yapping all the time. This isn't really the type of game that requires help. It won't keep me from buying it but still it'd be nice if it was optional.
Well I read something about throwing it's doggy toy off a cliff and it'll apprently go off after it so that might solve the problem if it gets lost in the forrest or something.Go Noles!!! >>----->Comment

Re: Fable 2
This is an excellent read.
Edge: Inside Fable II
The overriding impression we’re left with? It’s not the story, or the graveyards, or the morphing, or the reactions of the NPCs, or the dancing, or the combat, or the vistas, or the dog, or the monsters, or the dialogue, or the minigames, or the co-op, or the swords, or the magic, or the meadows, or the buildings, or the expressions, or the crannies, or the guns. All of those things have their place, but the one thing that really leaves a mark is a stark image. It’s just a little bar being reduced in size. It’s something that, after everyone’s played it, will become a new milestone for how games make their choices, and indeed their stories, matter. It’s as simple as beginning to hit the player where it hurts. It looks like Lionhead has. And what do you know: it always was as simple as making sure that every choice has a consequence.Go Noles!!! >>----->Comment

Re: Fable 2
Well, you can bring in your money from Fable II Pub Games. You may even have used the well-known cheat to earn your dough. Just be warned. Molyneux has said that the cheat was no accident and that those who used it to earn their money will be in for a surprise.Comment

Re: Fable 2
That's pretty cool though, there was a glitch, instead of fixing it, obviously they implemented something into Fable 2 to cover it. I like that idea better actually. Can't wait to see what they do to my character for cheating his way to the top LOLComment

Re: Fable 2
Wait a minute. Is this true?
Three hours isn't a lot of time to spend with an RPG. Even though Molyneux expects Fable II to take 12-15 hours straight through, there's plenty more that will distract you. Just getting through three hours without wasting my time playing with my dog or chatting up girls at the pub was a challenge. It remains to be seen if Fable II can live up to its promise, but three hours in, it's looking like it will at least be one of the best RPGs of '08.PSN: JISTIC_OS
