I agree. Every RPG is like that.

World of Warcraft, Final Fantasy Series, Dragon Quest etc.

Just a means of gaining experience, it is to be expected.

Cause I won't enjoy it if I don't like my character.

Horns are ever so slightly coming out of my hero's head. I got some blue green like skin with red-ish eyes, and my hero is wearing an opera mask. My dog is changing too; starting to like a rottweiler.

I'm finally getting a chance to play after having classes until 5 and having to study for a midterm.

I wish you could see what things look like on you before buying. You just got to picture what haircuts, beards, clothing, masks, hats, and jewelry would like on you. I guess you could always just save and continue before, and then just quit and reload your save if you don't like something.

I'm about an hour and a half in. Just made it back to the main town. After I eat and shower, I'm going to play til I can't keep my eyes open. Which won't be too long, since I have to get up for work at 6AM.

Money isn't really that hard to come by though. Just buy a few stalls and rent out some houses and you'll have a steady income where buying all the clothing and haircuts just to see what they look like and then selling back the stuff you don't want at a loss isn't a big deal.

My biggest impression after 2 or 3 hours. The game is not oblivion in open-ness. 2nd impression, it's fun.

Wow, is it because you were connected with them or is it just like that because they are on your friend's list?

Haven't picked it up today, but I will tomorrow when I pick up Spider-man: Web of Shadows.

I am kinda avoiding this thread to make sure I don't get any unintentional spoilers. Great game though, pulls me back in like no other game since BioShock.

Picked mine up from GameStop this afternoon and it had a "Do not sell before 11/07/08" sticker on it. I was a little confused but I didn't ask why.

Only played 15 minutes of the game. Haven't gotten very far. Looking forward to seeing some of the stuff everyone else has though!

I've seen Sky, Candy, GiGGAS, and CS10029. Candy was nice enough to throw some golf my way. The game is really fun, quite alot to do. I pretty much quit the quests, to do side jobs, etc. Will try and get back on track tomorrow. Got enough money to buy a house. Trying to decide if I should buy one and rent it in Bowerstone, or save up for a business.
