Fable 2

Played it for about an hour last night. I like it a lot. I got this badass lightning shock that I can use to wipe out everything near me. I like how easy you can go from melee, to a ranged weapon, then to magic. Nice and easy. The first 45 mins or so is a little as your a child and it just laying down the story for you.

I'm excited to actually get away from the storyline and kinda do my own thing in the cities.

Even though I have played it for a bit, I am really interested in hearing some impressions.

There is a magic bread crumb trail that you follow that leads you from quest to quest.

But at any time you can branch off the main quest and do your own exploring.

Yeah, but right in the beginning you it seems like you are stuck in one part of one city to complete the first couple of tasks. Then the story progresses to adult hood and you are given to main quest for the game.

Thats where I just ended.

I think I might turn the trail off too. I think Its going to make me follow the main story line when I really don't want to.

So when you venture off the path does the bread crumb follow you or does it start in one specific location all the time.

Also, how nice is it to have the screen cleared of clutter (maps, etc.)

The trail will adjust to where you are.

I didn't notice the screen not being cluttered. So its nice, haha.

I have a question about the Pub Games, How do you transfer money over from it to Fable 2.

I figured someone bought the game and is almost done with the main story by now (10-12 hours later). Just curious to see if the main story is awesome and the rest sucks, if it all is awesome, or if it all sucks (the hype machine is pointing WAY WAY WAY towards everything is awesome)

My only fear is it will be to easy (fighting wise). If it is I just hope the story and the actual gameplay is fun and makes an enjoyable experience.

I thought the game automatically does this once you load the game.

Thats what I thought. I never played the Pub Games though. Had the disk for the last few weeks, just never popped it in.

God I wish I could reply here. I won't though.

All I can say is do you really make more than $250,000 a year. If you do congrats, if not then I don't understand the comment.
