Re: Guitar Hero 80's Edition
A few guys at a forum called ScoreHero have. About half of them are pissed because it is the same game as Guitar Hero II with different songs, and others realize that it was intended to be just an expansion pack all along, appreciate it and really enjoy the solos. Another plus is that this game, according to one poster, seems to have the most consistent amount of fun songs to play.
I'm thinking of picking it up, but I'm not yet sure if it's worth $40 for 80s songs.Samsung PN60F8500 PDP / Anthem MRX 720 / Klipsch RC-62 II / Klipsch RF-82 II (x2) / Insignia NS-B2111 (x2) / SVS PC13-Ultra / SVS SB-2000 / Sony MDR-7506 Professional / Audio-Technica ATH-R70x / Sony PS3 & PS4 / DirecTV HR44-500 / DarbeeVision DVP-5000 / Panamax M5400-PM / Elgato HD60Comment

Re: Guitar Hero 80's Edition
Not bad, than....but I bet $30 would have been a better deal.

Guitar Hero Encore: Rocks the '80s Review = 7.2
The fans asked for it, but the band forgot to save their best tracks for the finale
Closing Comments
Guitar Hero Encore: Rocks the '80s is certainly a disappointing release in one of the most fun and refreshing franchises we've seen anytime lately. It's fun, but it doesn't hold a candle to the previous two releases. If you're hard-pressed for new tracks and don't mind spending $50 for only a handful of good songs, you'll find that the good parts are great. But be prepared to sludge through plenty of boring tracks.Comment

Who knows, the Gamespot review is wrong though. They said Ratt's Round and Round was a master track, well, I heard it, and it's not even close.Comment

Re: Guitar Hero 80's Edition
Yes it is.
And yes Candy, if you to go their site, they have the songs on their, the ones they have sound TERRIBLE. I still want it for nostalgic reasons, but the track list is terrible.Comment
