Im a happy customer of three months. I located in Georgia, so my shipping warehouse is coming from Tampa. No problems with games, the turn around is about 3 days. I ship in on Monday, they receive it on Tuesday, I get a new game on Thursday. Simple. Great service.

Only problem I've had with them was I was supose to recieve Red Dead Redemption, instead Little Big Planet was in the sleeve. Right sleeve, wrong damn game. I was so ferious. I mean out of all games that could be in the sleeve it had to be Little Big Planet. LMAO.

I had GTA: Episodes for Liberty City at the top of my list followed by Resident Evil 5 and NFS: Shift and they sent me shift. All had high availability. Other then that mishap, it's all good.

I really don't have any other choices for rental anyways. As long as I remember, there's always been a "Movie Gallery" in town that rented games.. even back in the NES/SNES/Genesis days. Then Blockbuster became popular and they built one of those, but in the past year Blockbuster went out of business and now Movie Gallery is having a going out of business sale. I guess companies like this are really killing the sales or something.

I believe if you click on report a shipping problem you can actually click on "I received a lower ranked game in my Q." If you do that then maybe there is something they can do, I dont know what as Ive never done it but it might be worth a shot.

They'll just send you a form email talking about game availability and sending a game now instead of waiting.

They've sent games I didn't even think I would have ever added to my Q, I've met my mailman and sent games back right on the spot 2 or 3 times because of this.

Interesting, why do they even offer it as an option then? Seems rather pointless if all youre going to do is send a canned response about sending games out of order to ensure you get a game in a timely manner.

i always get the game i want by just putting one game on my list works everytime.Even if its a low or very low game

I still haven't recived my copy of Backbreaker that they sent out friday of last week I believe. I know we had Memorial Day this week but it should be here by now though right? I feel like it should.

Same here, shipped out Saturday and was here on Tuesday.

To the other poster, did you check and make sure it came from the Los Angeles shipping center? If it came from back east then that would explain why its taking a little longer as Ive had that happen a couple times myself.

They just shipped me UFC 10 after being the only game in my Q since release day.
I guess i should be glad since the availability was very low.

Yeah considering I had an empty slot available when the game came out and they still didnt send it to me.
