So, I cant remember who said they did this, but does anyone else report a game as lost after they have mailed it in hopes of speeding up the turnaround time? Ive never done it before today but in my anticipation of getting NCAA Football, I did it with COD 4 since I sent that back to them 2 days ago and it normally only takes 2 days to get there, yet they havent received it yet somehow. I wouldnt do it but I would hate to miss out on college football because they havent received my game back yet when I dont have the money to buy it outright. Hopefully it doesnt come back to bite me in the end though.

Not to be a doom and gloom guy, but you probably won't get it from Gamefly. You have to have had it as your top game for a while, and haven't received a rental recently. The people who have had those two things longer than you will have higher priority. As it should be, though.

First off, thats not how it should be at all, if such flawed logic like that worked then I can say that I should get it because I have the 3 out plan and should get it before people who only have the 2 out plan. Secondly, Ive had the game for over a month before I returned it so Im not sure how you came to the conclusion that I just got the game and returned it, and I havent received a rental recently since we have had MGS 4, COD 4 and some game for the PSP for the ole' lady. Lastly, its been the only thing on my queue since they sent the PSP game back on June 18th, I got MGS 4 on June 11th and COD 4 on May 27th, so I guess I fit all of your "supposed" criteria. Im more concerned that they wont check in my COD 4 return in time to get it, but otherwise Im pretty sure I should be getting it if I have an open slot tomorrow or Tuesday whenever they send the game out to renters.

Yup I got two games in my queue, NCAA 09 for 360 and NCAA 09 for PS3.

Yeah, they got my COD 4 return today anyways so it didnt actually make a difference that I reported it as lost, NCAA 09 for the PS3 is the only game I have in my queue so hopefully they send it to me so I can check it out for myself. I forget, do they normally send it out the day before it hits retail or the day of?

Explain to me how that is crying? You made a post and I came up with my reasoning for disagreeing with it, I guess you cant handle knowing that someone may have a different take on things then you. Your idea that there is some sort of system that rewards people for not renting as frequently was debunked because I dont rent often, every game I get I end up keeping for approx. a month, thats not a frequent renter. Typing and crying? Way to support your point with nothing, but keep it up.

For the record, since somehow Im sure this will excite you, I didnt get it sent to me today, it was High availability this morning, it was low this afternoon and nothing came my way. Whether or not you agree that every renter should have the same shot at a title means squat to me, Im not renting games from you so your opinion means jack. The fact of it is, my queue had one game in it for atleast a month, I had an open spot since Sunday and Im an account on good standing, me not getting the game merely makes me think long and hard about keeping the service, their shipping times are a joke at best, now Im missing out on the few games I actually want to play, so there really isnt much reason to keep paying them for nothing.

Did you buy it because they didnt send it to you or just because you figured it was worth it? Just curious, if I had the finances to do it then I would as well but I was relying on Gamefly to help me out and apparently I misplaced my confidence since nothing came my way today.

Im not sure what your trying to say but in the end Im just going to cancal Gamefly after Im done with the 2 games I have. I should be able to buy Madden next month and if I cant rent NCAA now then there really isnt a reason for me to keep Gamefly. I thought of trying to rent Civilization Revolution but thats a low availability as well so I guess Im just screwed no matter what I do.

Maybe it is the distrubution center you use. I have had no complaints about Gamefly.

I normally get my games from the LA one, not sure why it takes games sometimes 4-5 days to go from Cali to Oregon but I can send a package from Oregon to new York in 3 days using USPS.

They shipped out on Tuesday and I got NCAA today.
