Its still hit or miss with shipping times but the amount of money I save on games from renting instead of buying makes up for it in the end. It normally takes 2 days for a game to get to them and another 2 to get to me, that I can deal with, its when it takes 2 days to get to them but 4-6 days to get to me when I lose my patience. I cleared out my queue in hopes that they would send me the Indiana Jones game, will see what happens I guess.

A tip I have for some people (definately not something Gamefly wants you to do), is if a game is taking a while to get to them just file a shipping issue for the return, the game going back will be electronically returned to them and your next game should be sent soon. Did this the other day and it worked pretty well.

Well, they lost a member because of it. You'd think they would work extra hard on trial members to get them to stay in. Oh well. I've been with NetFlix for a year and a half and their shipping is always 1 day there and 1 day back. Gamefly is averaging 5-6 days each way. Ridiculous.

wish my netflix was as fast as yours sent a movie back on monday and didnt get another one until thursday. In retrospect i sent a gamefly game back on the same day and they sent me MGS4 as it shipped wed and i'm hoping to see it saturday but reality is probably monday. I hurts to wait for new games but it still helps your pockets when you have 150 worth of games and your only play 20 plus dollars for them. As one poster mention you cant compare netflix and gamefly versus each other. I think as time goes on they will open more and more distribution centers and games will be shipped faster and faster. I'm just liking the fast that they ship you the game before the street just one extra day you dont have to wait. I bet netflix has a center in every state if not more

yep, used to be 21.95. i'm thinking of restarting it when APF comes out as i'm not dropping 60 on that since i'll be getting NCAA too.

How so? I send them the game back... I just file a complaint so they send the next one out quicker.

It just makes the case stronger against those that do this to get free games. Eventually the consumer will have to pay an increase for the fraud risk.

I signed back up with GameFly last weekend to get Battlefield: Bad Company. The game shipped 6/25. Still haven't recieved it yet, hopefully tomorrow. From what I understand on the GameFly website. They opened a distribution center up in Florida. Surely it doesn't take that long for them to mail a game to Georgia?

Took em' from the 25th til today to get me my games. Not too, too bad. Hopefully the times get better. The mailer sleeve says City of Industry, CA. But I'll be returning them in Tampa, FL. Where does your games ship from man?

So, I cant remember who said they did this, but does anyone else report a game as lost after they have mailed it in hopes of speeding up the turnaround time? Ive never done it before today but in my anticipation of getting NCAA Football, I did it with COD 4 since I sent that back to them 2 days ago and it normally only takes 2 days to get there, yet they havent received it yet somehow. I wouldnt do it but I would hate to miss out on college football because they havent received my game back yet when I dont have the money to buy it outright. Hopefully it doesnt come back to bite me in the end though.
