From those shots, it looks like Halo 3 does a good job of making you feel like you're in the environment that you're in, something the halo series has always done a good job of.

Can you play in a multi-player match with bots just to practice a bit. I never like jumping straight into online play because I like to know what's going on first.

I was gonna get it eventually...just think Halo is a tad overrated. Fun game, but not the end of the world. Online can be fun but can also be overrun with immature farktards that make it un fun.
