Apparently there's supposed to be rain in one case at least as i've seen a screenshot a long time ago showing that.

There are also reports of performance issues on 360 not present on PS3.

What would be bad *** is if they had done something like Tiger Woods face generator and allowed us to play as ourselves being the character of Phelps.

I'm wondering if choices like this will have results later down the story line. Like if you had let him go, he shows up in a later case and is more forthcoming with you. But since you threw him in the slammer he's not going to help you out at all.

I love this game already. I can't wait to go through it again and I've only gotten through the second case.
