Re: L.A. Noire (PS3/360)
It sounds like your HDD is too full or you have some corrupt firmware files on it. With your PS3 off, hold the power button down (on the console, not the controller) until you get two beeps. This will bring up a recovery menu. Select the third option, Restore File System. This fixes all the firmware files and doesn't remove or touch anything else such as game data.Oakland Athletics San Jose Sharks

The Ford H-boy looks pretty slick. All the hidden cars are nice, though.

Re: L.A. Noire (PS3/360)
What you do in one case won't affect what happens in another if that's what you're asking. They are all independent although the overall plot ties them together.
But yes, inside each case some things can change depending on your actions, and you can indeed end up charging the wrong suspect in some cases (which will likely give you a less-than-five-star evaluation).
That's as much as I can say without getting spoilerific.Comment

I didn't notice a ranking system; maybe I need to look harder...Comment

At the end of a case where it shows you how many clues you found and how many questions you got correct, there is a stamp in the upper right hand corner with one to five stars. You can check your rank under the cases option from the main menu.

Re: L.A. Noire (PS3/360)
Nope, that's what I thought. It's actually the Duesenberg.
Duesenberg is 265 HP with 140 max speed.
Phantom is 190 HP with 115 max speed.
The Talbot,Tucker,Cord and Lincons are also faster than the Phantom.Comment

Re: L.A. Noire (PS3/360)
I haven't played this game in two days. That is very strange considering it is the favorite game I have right now at the moment. Once I beat it though, GTA IV will probably be my favorite game again.
Big reason I haven't played is because I only have a few days left on my Free Trial in Fight Night Champion, so I am trying to get a lot out of that game.“No one is more hated than he who speaks the truth.”

I have 23G free. I constantly delete stuff my HDD, especially after I beat a game or rent a game I delete it because I dont plan on playing it anymore. It sounds like your HDD is too full or you have some corrupt firmware files on it. With your PS3 off, hold the power button down (on the console, not the controller) until you get two beeps. This will bring up a recovery menu. Select the third option, Restore File System. Thanks, Ill try that. I am not in a big rush, If it works I am definitely not playing LA Noire on my PS3, I will play on someone elses.
I tryed it just now, but I will try it tomorrow.Last edited by illwill10; 05-25-2011, 12:47 AM.Comment
