I wonder if things had gone smoother we would have received better and longer game?

Re: L.A. Noire (PS3/360)
I was really into it for the first 12-13 cases or so. Then I was just bored to tears when I got to Vice and Arson. From the end of Homicide to about case 20, it was really difficult to force myself to get through it.
Finally finished it about a week ago and the last couple cases were good, but they should have changed it so that Homicide was the last desk you were at. I think I would have enjoyed it more because I would've gotten through the boring stuff when it was still fresh, and then did the good stuff at the end when I was tired of the game.Comment

Re: L.A. Noire (PS3/360)
Just got to 100% and got my Platinum trophy. Even though I really enjoyed the game, I am ready to move on to something else now. I would love to see what they could do if they did another one that maybe even followed up on the end of the story with Kelso. I really beleive if they get a second crack at it, they really could knock it out the park especially in the story and how open it is.
For example the mini-games and side missions could revolve around whether you want to be corrupt or legit to give the player more control. I really beleive that may aleviate some the pain I was feeling to finish the drage that was the end of Vice and the beginning of Arson. The emotional rollercoaster that was the Last Homicide Case was amazing and I just dont think anything could have competed with that even though some of the cases and people you interacted with were cool in Vice and Arson.
Anyway, there is only one thing to do according to my boy Riley from the Boondocks:
"If you have a linebacker on him, you might as well start singing their fight song." -- WSU coach Bill Doba on Reggie Bush
My Teams:
NCAA Football: USC Trojans
NCAA Basketball: UNC Tarheels
NFL: Houston Texans
Premier League: Arsenal
NHL: Carolina HurricanesComment

Re: L.A. Noire (PS3/360)
I finished the main story over the weekend. Then I immediately grabbed the DLC and started up another run through. I absolutely love this game.
What do you guys think regarding the eventual sequel? New York Noire? Or will they keep it in the same city and change time periods etc?
Personally I would love a new city but would prefer that they stick with the 30's to the 50's in regards to the era.Comment

Re: L.A. Noire (PS3/360)
Yeah if you want a sequel to come out within a reasonable time frame, they may need to double on LA and use the same game map from the first game. I wouldnt mind so long as they used the rest of the map that wasnt used in the first game which is alotta map!Comment
