LOL naw that's just good timing on the cpu's part... i caught a few people slipping like that online with ken's super.. it's why you shouldn't do ultra's unless u know for a FACT ur going to get it off

He was still getting up off the friggin ground when I did it. My knee was in his face, basically, when he did it.

things like that sort of take precedence. Like when u walk up to someone using Ken that's getting up.. 99% of the time, if Ken is getting up and does a shoryuken while u walk towards him, if you're not blocking or even trying to kick or punch, his shoryuken will come out and connect with u.

I noticed it the first time I played; 'Gief is unbelievable in 4. This moves have way too high priority.

Green fist into grab. Book it. The fact that it hits multiple times now is complete horse ****.

Then on top of this, he has basically no recovery time between Spinning Lariats

All those reasons probably why Zangief is the only character I can win matches with online.

I sold my Hori Ex2 to save a little cash. I actually got 80 bucks for it because they are in demand.

Of course now I plan to buy a fight pad and NONE exist. Anyone know the deal with the fight pads and if they are anywhere? I hear Madcatz just did not make enough.

It's more a gripe about 'Gief's move priority and how the player simply uses it as a "strategy."

If other players can't do anything to counter it, then it's a broken area of the game and the player is simply utilizing it.

'Gief is actually the one guy I know I almost always get a win on with Fuerte. My dash throws and wall throw go over his spinning lariat, the dash slide goes under it, and the reverse dash keeps me away from him when I need to.

I'm not that good, but I think Fuerte is a GREAT match up on Zangief.
