So pumped for this on PS4. I played the crap out of the PS3 version, and the inclusion of a raised level cap and adventure mode will have me playing the crap out of this one as well.

Was reading up on the differences between vanilla 3 and RoS.

When you die, the demon that killed you will level up, becoming a Nemesis. That creature will then embark on an adventure that will take it to the world of one of the unsuspecting souls on your friends list

Couple things I didn't know:

• Removed the trade restrictions from PC. You can mail pretty much anything in the game to a friend.

• Loot in local co-op is now marked for the player it dropped for and will go to that player even if they don't pick it up. And with the quick-equip this helps to keep people from stopping the game and sorting through their inventory.

I like these features too.

• Apprentice Mode allows two characters at different levels to level up easily with each other. Using a side-kick type of system, the lower level character is temporarily boosted up to the higher level for that play session. Both characters get experience and gear according to their base level, as they level together. The lower level character gets a bit of an extra experience boost, to help them level up even faster.

• When a Legendary drops for a player, there is a chance for an extra Player Gift to drop, specifically for someone on the friends list. It can be opened by any character on the friend's account, and the item will roll a Rare or Legendary appropriate to that character.

With my switch to PS4 as a primary gaming platform I lost most of my XBox360 friends. Picked up a few guys here on OS though since PS4 launch. If any of you guys want to do some coop on PS4 send me a friend invite to Valdarez. I'll definitely be putting in some hours on this one. Diablo while I lounge on the couch. That's always been the dream.

I still play on PC and have over 150 hours total. It is a great game and the expansion will go down as one of my favorites as it made the base game so much better.

The Verdict

This is the third time I've reviewed some version of Diablo 3, and each time I've been met by a better, more refined experience. Ultimate Evil Edition collects the entirety of that experience in a slick new wrapper, giving console owners a complete, and uncompromised version of Diablo 3.

I am in the same boat as you my PSN is III-TRE except i havent added any friends yet. picked up The last of us and couldnt put down until beat now ready for DIablo III and Madden

I am down for some co-op, I am guessing that is part of the beauty of this game. I've never played any Diablo games so If we play together, be gentle.
