Is there any reason not to put all your building materials in your stash?

            Re: Diablo 3

So I had been struggling mightily with my Demon Hunter when I first got the game. With my gear on the PS3, I was able to survive Master III fairly easily with just an all damage build built around hungering arrow (spray of teeth rune) and rapid fire. Unfortunately, with the UEE, I didn't get the drops needed to keep that build relevant at level 70, so I could barely survive at all on Torment 1.

This morning, I decided to change my whole build up. I threw out hungering arrow, rapid fire, and multishot. I added entangling shot, cluster arrow (amazing BTW), and companion (with the wolf rune). Without adding any more gear, all of the sudden, I was running Torment without much issue. I still struggled with getting cornered and the such, but it wasn't bad.

Thankfully, in one run through all of the Act I bounties, along with not dying once, I landed Danetta's Revenge, and it happened to roll with good enough stats to give me three arrows up in all three categories over the Buriza-Do Kyanon, which is a pretty stellar weapon in it's own right. This was without even getting a socket, so I know that I can land a much better weapon. Now, I'm rolling through torment 1 with relative ease, which means I can start farming for the Marauder's gear. On top of this, I didn't realize that I had gotten the Reaper's Fear to drop, so I was able to craft a set of Reaper's Wraps, which were quite an improvement as well.

Man, this game is amazing. I had gotten kind of bored with the PS3 version after hitting 60 with both the DH and Barb, but the addition of Adventure Mode in the UEE on PS4 has reinvigorated my love for the game.

I bumped my level to Master around lvl 24 and haven't had many issues, but I also spent many hours in this on PC so I'm pretty comfortable with it all.

Reading this thread convinced me to jump into this game.

Any tips for someone just starting out (first Diablo game)?

It seems you can still use the materials while they are in the stash. I wonder if it's the same for gems.

I started on hard with my demon Hunter and did fine. Different story with my crusader though. Hard was brutal until I got to lvl 18 or so.

Can the difficulty be changed anytime during the game? Thx.

Yup. One level up or down during gameplay.

This probably happened because you started getting stocked with good equipment, not so much because of your level. The enemies level up as you do, because when I took a new character into adventure mode after beating the story mode I left it on Master just for kicks, and could actually kill the regular enemies with a level 1 character and not get immediately one-shotted.

Equipment and skills (both the in-game skills and your own with the controller) are the real determining factors for your ideal difficulty.

How good is the splitting damage between the wearers on the Unity Ring? I obviously need another one, but I did also get a Skeleton Key for the Scoundrel, so he can't die. He literally takes no damage. I would rather the one for the Templar though.

I've been using those 3 skills for awhile - ES with Bounty Hunter, CA with Loaded for Bear, Sentry with Impaling Bolt, SS with Healing Vapors, Companion with Wolf, and RoV with Shade.

That combo is how some people do the hardest difficultly
