Stupid question Im sure but how do you recover health in the expansion pack outside of calling an ambulance or picking up a hooker? In the original game I always grabbed something to eat quickly but in the expansion I cant seem to find any food joints and they arent marked on the map at all so is it a case of I havent found any and once I do they will be added to my map or did they take this out of the expansions?

there are food joints in the expansion. I don't think they have them marked on the maps but they are there.

I don't think I appreciated this game enough on my first attempted play through.

I'm on the second island still, getting through it soon probably - I've done quite a few missions now, and it seems to be setting itself up for me to be moving on to island 3. I never realized just how detailed it was before, and I missed so many great little things.

I didn't know they even made up TV stations in the game. I happened to accidentally walk past a remote and the LB thing popped up. So I sat down and turned it on, and they've got freaking Katt Williams doing a standup routine. Didn't get to flip through much, as I had to go jack some cars and blow **** up - but I'll be sitting down and actually watching some shows one day to see what they've got.

Head over to one of the Clubs and you can watch both Ricky Gervais and Katt Williams perform - it's hilarious!

You got to drive past them again to get it marked on the map. They are there though.

And MC Fatigue, I totally agree. After two years, popping it back in again and playing the to just to enjoy it is a different experience than when you first bought the game and the hype that comes with it.

MC, I had the same problem. I didn't appreciate the brilliance behind this game the few times I owned this game. I have been playing the main game now for over the last month or so and I am towards the end. I plan to start on the expansion packs once done.

If you have a half decent computer there is a big sale for GTA4 on Direct2Drive (similar to Steam) this week.

The graphical difference, assuming you have a good rig, is surprising compared to the consoles.

It's the same settings for the PS2 GTA games. I like those the best.

I just found out, when playing TLAD, you can save cars/bikes at Niko & Luis safehouses. Same applies when playing BoGT - you can save at Johnny & Niko safehouses.
