-Football games up until the 09 iterations (09 games were passable but not great)
-Guitar Hero games after GHII (thank you for ruining that series Activision)
-Spore (was supposed to be THE killer app, but was merely okay)
-MGS4 (I to actually play my video games, thank you)
-Duke Nukem Forever canned (not really a surprise, but having actually seen light at the end of the tunnel, it saddens me to think what might have been)
-RROD (fail.)

The Wii. I have found that I don't like motion control. Playing Zelda and Metroid is annoying and hurts my wrist. Plus, games look like crap and most have been crap.

The Wii- Complete joke
Madden series- Getting better, but a long way to go.
RROD- Enough said.
Never ending run of the mill games- No true innovation happening.
GTA- Could have been so much more imo.

Halo 3's campaign bored the **** out of me. Madden and practically every EA Sports title except for NHL 08. MLB 2K series went WAY down hill, and APF was nothing near what I initially expected. For those of you who think GTA IV is a disappointment, your definitely entitled to your opinions, but if you can't enjoy that game then I'd say most likely you will never be completely satisfied, OR that genre is just simply not for you.

IDK, I thought GTA4 was OK, but not even great (the driving physics were poorly done IMO and that ruined it if anything) but I had a blast w/ SR2. Definitely one of those "to each his own" instances.

I enjoyed GTA IV but it had the weakest story since GTA III, it was pretty forgettable.

I would say RE5. It wasn't terrible, but I didn't think it was anywhere near as good as RE4.

I'm with you on that

I just don't get the PS3 and 360 motion stuff. They aren't going to take Nintendo's market share because of the price, and since the original Wii Sports, I haven't come close to enjoying a Wii game.

I played about an hour of Metroid before coming to the conclusion that I can't play a game like that, and everything else has been pretty unappealing.

I like to sit back, have a drink and unwind with some video gaming, not hold my arms up for an hour or two.

Hockey Games. Aside from NHL 2k8, I haven't found a hockey game worth playing. I'm hoping 2k picks it up with 2k10; which is looking very good so far.

Also Oblivion. I was a huge Morrowind fan and was let down big time by that game.

Fallout 3- I loved Oblivion and after hearing about everything you could do I was ready to get the limited edition but I rented it and hated the ugly *** setting and couldn't take being in that world for very long before I stopped playing.

I echo jjdog's sentiments on MGS4 verbatim (I made almost the exact same post in the game thread.

It has been easily the most disappointing game I've ever watched.

It's not even in the GTA4 category of "expected the best, but only got a great game"; MGS4 is a legitimate mediocre to bad game/moviefilm.

Yeah I tried it out twice since I have almost no games for my ps3 and since people kept saying how great it is but I just couldn't get into it. Nothing about it was interesting.
