I've had 3/3 so far on the winning caps. If I drank pop now like I used to, I probably would have racked up more. These came from my wife buying diet pepsi. Do these also come in those 6 pack of pepsi's?

Wish I drank pop, would be a nice easy way to get free songs. Oh well.Comment

Re: Rock Band 2
So my roommate and I decided to do the Endless Setlist tonight, with him on vocals and me on bass. We breeze through everything until we get to Visions, which took us roughly 80 attempts to pass, but we finally scraped by.
Now we are on Panic Attack, and we are stuck. I cannot get past the first 15 seconds of the song, I've probably tried it 100 times now. Since there are no vocal parts at the beginning of the song, I have no help, so I need to figure out how to get past the first part.
I've decided to leave the game going in my PS3 and try again in the morning... I really don't want to have the 7-8 hours we just played go for naught.:

Re: Rock Band 2
Looking at the YouTube video for it to look at the chart (never played a bass part in Rock Band but I've completed the Guitar endless setlist)... try this: for the first part of the intro, always keep your index finger on red and held down, and play the notes as you would. Do the same thing for the second part of the intro, except with your index finger holding down green. Also, be aware that this intro riff shows up elsewhere in the song so be prepared for that, and that the bass part in the guitar solo is also very fun, lol.
Hope that helps, and best of luck the rest of the wayRyan Spencer

Re: Rock Band 2
I have the whole day off today, I'm thinking about going for the Steel Bladder achievement.
Even though I've passed them all, I know that a few songs (like Visions) would give me some trouble. The last thing I'd want to do is play that long to fail on the last song.Originally posted by CardsFan27This is the 3rd time John Calipari has been to his first Final Four! What I'm Currently Listening ToComment

Re: Rock Band 2
Unless you just really want to do it on expert, you can bump the difficulty down so you don't have to worry about failing.Ryan Spencer

Re: Rock Band 2
Well, I threw in the towel. Krioniq's suggestion helped me get to the guitar solo, but I kept failing every time there. I've been playing this game since 6:00 pm yesterday, with a few hours break for some sleep and some Wimbledon, and it all was for nothing. Even worse than nothing, in fact... I ended up losing 100+ million fans from all of the times I had to restart Visions and Panic Attack.
I guess I'll just try solo vocals the next time I gain enough courage and energy to try the endless setlist again.Ryan Spencer
