The Country pack is finally available to download.

Hey gang,

We’re getting a jump on the DLC announcement to beat the holiday, so here’s the news a day early! The temporary exclusives from the Country Track Pack are finally making their way into the regular Rock Band library! Enjoy these tracks, enjoy the artists coming to the platform for the first time, enjoy the increasing diversity in the RB set list!

Available on Xbox 360 and Wii (Dec. 29) and PlayStation 3 system (Jan. 7):

Alan Jackson – “Good Time”
Cross Canadian Ragweed – “Cry Lonely”
Jason Aldean – “She’s Country”
Keith Urban – “I Told You So”
Kenny Rogers – “The Gambler”
Martina McBride – “This One’s For the Girls”
Shania Twain – “Any Man of Mine”

(All tracks are original master recordings)

These tracks will be available for purchase as “Going Country Pack 02” as well as individual tracks on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 system, and as individual tracks on Wii.

I was seriously considering begging someone to get me the track pack as a Christmas present. It just didn't seem right that they weren't coming out.

On another note, that's kind of late for PlayStation. Are they not updating the store next week?

The daughter of 43-year-old Blackstreet singer Teddy Riley has been granted a temporary restraining order against her dad after he allegedly abused his two daughters with a Rock Band guitar.

See, Rock Band is all about bringing people together, not tearing families apart. According to documents filed in LA County Superior Court and reported by TMZ, Teddy's 18-year-old daughter Taja claims that he spent a major portion of December 23rd "stomping, punching, and bashing" she and her older sister. Taja stated that at one point the singer "lifted a Rock Band guitar and threatened to kill person(s) w/ it." I think we can all agree that's not how a Rock Band controller is supposed to be used.

I take it we're not getting No Diggity now.

I just picked this game up cheap at Target ($60 off the bundle) and its awesome. One thing though is I noticed when I went to quickplay today all my high scores were gone except the 2 songs I downloaded from the PSN store. Anyone know why the high scores disappeared?

It might be because you did the scores using a different instrument? Or with a full band, or 2 - 3 people?

It shows different ones based on how many people and what instruments are being played

hmmm, well I know more than half were only me on the drums, the scores didnt change, they are completely gone.
