What mission is this? And man I don't see how some of you are already finished with 25ish hours...I am at 10 hours and I am getting my 3rd recruit right now...

Tali's recruit mission. It actually balances out. It is technically weaker but it's also much more accurate.

I went with the AR so I could try the CE rile and one from the previously mentioned mission for myself to see what's better.

Make sure to ask Mordin about his art intrest. That was epic and then some.

I'm pretty much just exploring etc... I've played some missions too but for the most part I'm just soaking in all I can. Playtime so far is 14:56....

I am just stsarting to really get into the game now...it is so hard, even on Veteran, although it sounds like there are a lot more than just the best sniper rifles on hardcore and up...more weapons...but I am not sure if I should...when you up the difficulty, it just seems kind of all ridiculous on games.

It's an assault rifle actually and I'm pretty sure that's the only one you need be on hardcore or insanity for.

I shot Conrad in the foot. Then when asking about the armor he says "My wife was really supportive,she even paid my shuttle fee off world!" and then the bartender in the backround is all .

just got the collector laser....giving these Krogans the BUSINESS....LOL. Unfortunately it doesnt work as well on the big mechs...

Oh my god this game is annoying me now..trying to get Jack and there just is not enough cover...and that makes my squad SO STUPID...

But now it is back to the usual goodness now that I have her ...third time is the charm...

And I hope Ipicked the right one...I picked area charge instead of heavy charge, but it doesn't seem to be as effective as I thought it would be, and the fact you go slow motion right after makes it easy enough to just shoot the person next to the charged enemy.

I'm about 21 hours into my game, have yet to recruit the any of the people from the second round, though have done all the loyalty missions for my existing crew. After I was 10 hours into my first game, i restarted (finished up a ME1 speed play through to import), and could not have been more happy with the decision. I think once I beat ME2, I am going back and doing a complete playthrough. This game is epic and fantastic. The loyalty missions are as good as any single mission from the first game to me. Some took me up to an hour or more. I thought the Mordin loyalty mission was the best so far.

I do not think I can stress enough how awesome this game is. My girlfriend is actually hooked on it, wanting to watch me play the game the whole time. She hates sci-fi and usually scoffs at video games.

I do not think I can stress enough how awesome this game is. My girlfriend is actually hooked on it, wanting to watch me play the game the whole time. She hates sci-fi and usually scoffs at video games.

My GF liked it so much she actually played and beat ME1 and starting playing ME2.

Yeah it does, you just have to keep it on them. I've killed mechs and bosses with that thing easily.

I found an uncharted world that was Bioware's version of Left 4 Dead, there were husks everywhere and I have no idea how I made it out.

That level was so creepy, between the husks everywhere and the music I was glad to get out.

I'm on my second playthrough with my leveled up character......and when I purchase upgrades my mineral supply doesn't go down. It seems as if as long as I acquire new upgrades I have an unlimited supply of minerals to buy it all up without having to scan any planets. Has nybody else encountered this? I'm playing this round on Veteran but I think I might bump it up to hardcore because i'm still cleaning up when it comes to battle situations.

I heart the viper sniper rifle...finally able to use a sniper in a more tactical manner (one shot reload and low ammo makes it tough to use regularly)

Yeah, but when I can easily take a ton of shots it's more worth it....and it wouldn't really be fair to have such a uber sniper rifle. I'm also an Infiltrator, so I'm set up with the invisible cloak thing that gives me added damage for firing while cloaked...
