Anyone else find the End pretty weak? Sort of Anti-Climatic if you ask me. Would have been better if Marston survived the Army raid on his Farm, Stormed blackwater killing every Marshal, kill the other marshal that was still alive, and die (like he did at the farm) but in front of the Marshal Building.

This game does have some Serious DLC appeal though, We still gotta kill the other Marshal...

I thought the end was awesome. They had the balls to actually do something that would make you care about the end, unlike GTA IV, which had two endings that BOTH SUCKED.

I thought it was so epic when I stepped out of the barn and all of a sudden it went into Dead Eye and I just thought to myself "there's no way he's getting through this alive, is there...."

I def. liked the Direction R* went with the ending, just not exactly the way it played out. Oh Well, Still a awesome game and the ending was still better than 99% of the crap out there

Man theres is some crazy stuff going on up on the mountain. I got like 3 bears, 6 wolves, 5 horse, and some bighorn sheep all running around. A horse just jumped off a cliff another bear just ran into the water. All I wanted to do was catch the black horse since I've been looking for one since I started but no, all hell has to break loose and now I'm trying to shoot stuff and keep up with the horse.

Man theres is some crazy stuff going on up on the mountain. I got like 3 bears, 6 wolves, 5 horse, and some bighorn sheep all running around. A horse just jumped off a cliff another bear just ran into the water. All I wanted to do was catch the black horse since I've been looking for one since I started but no, all hell has to break loose and now I'm trying to shoot stuff and keep up with the horse.

The one thing I don't like about this game is situations like those, when you get attacked by a pack of wolves and then they just start re-spawning in wave after wave. Same thing happens with bears and any other animals.

It gets kind of annoying sometimes. After of course I skin the 100 or so wolves that just attacked me

I found a black horse right next to the railroad station and Two Trees. Saw it in the middle of the road, like a gift from God or something.

That was pretty awesome.

And after all that is over, a nun shows up out of no where to ask me for cash.

Also that event where the two sheriffs are chasing the guy happened in the mountains. A couple came out of no where and mauled the sheriffs and the guy got away.

I'm about an hour into this game and I can tell already this is going to be a classic. Great gameplay, great graphics, tons of stuff to do and a great story to boot. Sometimes I just stand and stare at the sky as the game transitions from clouds to sun, day to night and night to day. I can't wait for Max Payne 3 and the other offerings that Rockstar puts out, because their games are true classics every time.

Was anyone hoping that Johns son would get with Bonnie somehow? I know she is a little to old for him but its back in 1914...No one really cares.

Also why cant Jack get an prositute? I understood the whole being faithful to your wife thing but Jack has fresh balls ready to go.

Bug found with the Game time played clock

to those that are also experiencing a ridiculously high number of play hours/days reported, go into a SP game and kill yourself, or get killed.

The game adds between 52 and 65 minutes for each death.


that's why it has me now at 5 days 19 hours. more realistic would be 60 hours


know idea what triggered it but just figured it out after some trial/error.

I have an ending confession:

When John walks out the barn facing two dozen barrels of death and went into one last Dead Eye...I screwed up and hit the wrong button, prematurely ending it. Without shooting a single one of the bastards. Cue hail of bullets.

I let John die like a wuss!

And afterwards, I never even seriously considered killing Ross's family. Even though they kept talking to me while I was there messing around.

I suppose I could say that...in John's last moments he got tired of all the killings and accepted his fate...but that ain't how he shoulda went down.

And on that note...anyone else think Jack learned how to be a Gunslinger from Landon Ricketts?

I murdered Ross' family. His wife was hog-tied and placed on the railroad tracks. His brother was turned to charcoal and bone with a fire bottle. And Ross himself was disarmed with the 1st shot, and the remaining ones right in his face.
