I don't think you can do a "sell all" type thing but you can sell all of one item (say you have 5 wolf pelts for example) you have at once. You just go to the item then hit down on the stick and it will total up all of them and click sell. Hope that makes sense.

The stranger in "I Know You" is God. John says "Damn you!" to him and the stranger replies "Many have." The end of game cutscene has John buried at the same spot as one of the stranger cutscenes and he says something along the lines of "This looks like a nice spot."

Well yeah that was something along the lines that I thought and wrote earlier, that it was either God or Death or the Grim Reaper of some sort. I still like Grim Reaper more.

is there a special trick to these duels? I won every one for a while, I just kept hitting the right trigger and it placed an x on them and then I won, now I keep getting shot so I assume Ive been doing it wrong all along or something only now is the competition up to par. whats the trick?

30 hrs later, I finally finished the story. Just freaking epic... Wow.
