So when does this highstakes poker unlock, and where in Blackwater?

I just got there and have only done one mission. I want to play me some highstakes poker. Also - can you not cheat, since you need the gentleman's attire to play?

Also in my first game at the normal table, I got a 3 of a kind and went all in as did two other guys; I won 3,000+ chips and got two guys out of the game on my first hand. Not bad. Didn't even have to cheat, either!

Outlaws to the end Co-Op Mission Pack is out!!!!

Its not under New Releases yet, go to Browse under R.

I passed the first 3 of the 4 new co-op missions, they are fun as hell. They are pretty easy though. The only challenging one is the one in Tesoro I think it's called where you are surrounded by the Mexican army with their cannons & gatling guns.

I also got about 4 achievements.

I tripped out when I saw that as well. Pretty crazy ish. But that's why I love R*, they keep it raw & real like that.

That's exactly why it SHOULD be in spoiler tags. Someone who has never seen it before has it ruined for them already....

I agree. I've logged about 15 hours of play time so far and I haven't seen that yet. I could have been shocked like the guy I quoted above but, not anymore.

It should show another poker area on your map...that's strange. It's either $200 or $250 buy-in.

random npc encounters and general "wow" moments have been posted time and time again in this thread w/out spoilers, no reason it should start now.

when do we get to the point where i post about someone getting off their horse and peeing and then someone flames me for not putting it in spoiler tags

I saw something very strange last night that I've never seen before. I was riding around when I heard growling and saw a fox ripping at a dead wolf. At first I didn't think it could possibly be a fox until I shot it and skinned it and sure enough

Now idk how the wolf died (it was already dead when I saw it) but I can't believe it was the fox that did it (lets face it, foxes are wussies) I did find a couple cougars lurking around a few minutes later... either way though, I thought it was pretty cool, and something I hadn't seen before (I've seen bigger animals attacking/eating smaller animals before, but not the other way around)

Do you have the Gentlemen's Attire? If not, all you have to do is link your PSN/Gamertag to Rockstar Social Club.

After you put the suit on, a poker icon appears on your map. It's up the street on the second floor of some building.

Man that is probably the most moved I have ever been by a video game. I didn't cry but I had a fairly large lump in my throat at the end game. I didn't see the ending coming at all, which is strange considering the genre and the rich history that this title draws upon. So when it hit, it hit me like a ton of bricks. It was just perfectly poised for me: the pacing, the dialogue, the way the world seeps into your subconscious as you advance further into the game universe.

Bravo Rockstar, I absolutely cannot wait to see what you do with Agent, LA Noire and GTA V.

Now to wait a month or so then start up another playthrough...
