I can't wait till my Dad gets home so he can drive me to EB Games... I have a car but yet I can't drive myself anywhere for another two weeks.

so is firefight classic not available in matchmaking? If so that's a bit disappointing.

As for Big Team Battle, there's never enough options to play something like CTF or assault. It's always slayer or SWAT. What has happened to to BTB? BTB in Halo 2 was awesome because it was always CTF or assault or territories, Halo 3 and now Reach they've turned BTB into a bigger version of team slayer/team objective. I don't like that.

I do like a lot of the maps. Pinnacle (Ascension) is a spot on remake. Zealot feels a lot like Midship but is a touch different. And it's a lot of fun. The Cage seems like a good map, but I've only played SWAT on it so I can't fully judge it yet. Also, I really like Boardwalk. I kinda thought it was going to suck but so far it's been fun.

By the way, I wish SWAT was its own playlist. I like playing SWAT every now and then, but when it's one of the options you can vote on, everybody immediately picks SWAT. It's fun, but not that fun. Most of the time I'd rather just do slayer.

^ Lol, since WHEN was Call of Duty "methodical and strategy based"??? I'm not saying your complaints about Halo aren't somewhat true, but to ignore the twitch and cheese fest that is COD is almost ludicrous. If you want to argue that from a multiplayer standpoint, then feel free to use BC2, but COD?? Seriously man, you HAVE to be kidding.

Seems like there are some game types they haven't really added into the mix yet. I've yet to see a game of juggernaut for one thing. Dunno if that's why though.

Also I think the new armor abilites do add some strategy to the game. HHologram is now my favorite ability. I've set up so many people already.

what is this "save and quit" crap? I lost like 2 hours worth of progress because I went back to the dashboard when I was done, like I've been able to do in every single game I've ever owned (that autosaved).

Okay, got my progress back... whew. I don't remember the save system being this crappy on Halo 3. Oh well.

Think I got someone in some big trouble today. Tried to return the game to Walmart this afternoon and was told that they dont do refund on open software, so I was like..fine, no worries" Then the Customer Service Mng came up and asked how much I paid for it and I told her 65.

She looks at ther ticket and says she doesnt mind helping me, all I need to do is give them the gift card I got with the game. Only problem was I didnt get a gift card, this was the first I heard of it. Looking at my ticket, it sure shows that one was activated for $20, but I never knew about it.

CSM then accused me of trying to scam WalMart. She got down right irrate at me because she said she was going out of her way to help me ( which she was ), and that I was trying to con the store....

Called 2 other people that I knew was in the same line and sure enough, they have a gift card activated on their ticket as well, but they never got one either. Everyone in line only got a poster.

I think its quite possible that the cashier was scanning GCs and pocketing them herself. Told the CSM that this was the most embarressed I have ever been in a store and that I would escalate this issue. Told her just to show her I wasnt full of chit, left the copy of Halo on the customer service desk with no refund and told her she would here from me again.

yes I am digging the hologram AA as well. My favorite map to use it on so far is Boardwalk, I was dropping fools earlier.

Yea thanks. I am not so much worried about the money, but the way I was embarressed in front of a ton of people. Completely uncalled for. Looking through this thread it would seem a ton of places were offering giftcards, certificates etc...., so it makes me very suspicious about our Walmart. Dont care about the 20 bucks either, but they made me feel so bad I am going to push the issue.

Not to sound like a fuddy duddy...but never leave any store or restaurant without checking your receipt...people get scammed a lot more that route than what is reported.

Let me guess the HHologram is an armor that makes it seem like you're at a certain place, but not and than Whamo! You kill them?
